MULTI NB 200 to 600 Wall-mounted flap valve
Specifications

MULTI NB 200 to 600 is a inclined flap valve model with ISO PN 10 flange for mounting on a vertical wall (grade 1.4401 (316) stainless steel bolts provided) or onto a standardised flange (bolts not provided).
Its new design further increases the valve’s mechanical resistance and makes it more lightweight.
- Available from ND 200 to 600 (and up to 1500 - See Multi NB 700 to 1500), the MULTI NB nozzle valve is aimed at preventing water from rising up through sanitation pipelines during floods.
- The MULTI NB flanged valve can withstand back pressures of 1 bar.
It is perfectly suited for rainwater, surface water and seawater.
Product not suitable for use in marine environments (swell, swirls). Please contact us for further information.
Thanks to its materials, the MULTI NB valves are highly resistant to corrosion, ultraviolet light rays, thermal shocks and mechanical stress.
- The Multi NB check valves are made from glass fibre reinforced isophtal acid polyester resin, with an isophtal acid Gel-Coat applied to all surfaces.
- The component axles and screws and bolts are made from grade 1.4401 (316) stainless steel for good durability over time.
- The seal is provided in EPDM and ensures that the valve is perfectly watertight, even at low backpressures
Options
All of the MULTI NB wall-mounted valves can be fitted with an optional stainless steel lifting ring nut so that it can be operated quickly and easily from a distance.

Installation / Application

Preparation for installing the MULTI NB valve:
The valve is fixed on using A4 stainless steel 8/30 bolts.
Make sure to have:
- a drill + Ø8 drill bit,
- a 13mm torque wrench,
- a hammer,
- and the 8/30 bolts delivered with the valve.
The surface on which the valve will be placed must be smooth and vertical.
Installation of the MULTI NB valve:
For ease of installation, it may be helpful to remove the door. Use an Allen key in this case.
- Place the body of the check valve onto the wall, centre it and mark the fastening points found on the flange.
- Drill at Ø 8 mm and 65 mm in depth and put the fastenings in position.
- Reposition the body of the nozzle valve onto the set fastenings and tighten all the bolts evenly (torque setting: 18 N.m).
- Reposition the door and its axial system.
- Tighten all the screws.
