Multi-material couplings

The NORHAM multi-material couplings enable pipelines of various materials and diameters to be joined together. For example, in the event of the construction repair or extension to a sewerage or drainage system.

The component materials of the couplings ensure that they have a long service life (estimated at more than 100 years). The elastomer sleeve provides excellent resistance to normal drainage and sewerage effluents as well as excellent long term performance. Likewise the grade of austenitic stainless steel used have been shown, in normal soils, to give satisfactory performance with a design life in excess of 100 years.
