CHARACTERISTICS

T-SADDLE MULTI is a multi-material T-Saddle, intended for all gravity flow networks (rainwater or sewage), it works with :

It’s an « all-in-one » solution : thanks to his patented system, one reference for several main pipes (NORHAM Patent No. 3324093).

Materials :

upper and lower saddle : polyester isophthalic resin reinforced with glass fibers ;
clamp and locking system : 304 stainless steel ;
body : EPDM compact 60 Sh with additional foam seal.

Tools needed (Not included) :

1. Drill and check the drilling Ø and the good condition of the inner surface of the main.

3. Fold the lower saddle in half and insert it into the main.
4. Reassemble the lower saddle in the drilling.
5. Align the lower saddle with the markers and center it of the saddle.
6. Place the upper saddle on the lower saddle and insert the clamping bands into the heads (with a screwdriver).
7. Screw alternatively the heads of the locking system (by steps of 3 cm) up to a 3 to 5 Nm torque.
8. Fold the handles in the closed position. The T-SADDLE MULTI is perfectly in place.
9. Make a mark 120 mm from the end of the sewer pipe.
10. Insert the outlet pipe as it will go and tighten the clamp (10 Nm).
