T Cone stopper
Characteristics
The screw-actuated mechanical stoppers in the T-Cone range are used to plug sewage pipes permanently.
T-Cone stoppers withstand pressures up to 2 bar, depending on the model. They can be removed and reused if wanted.
T-Cone stoppers can also be used as temporary plugs in pipes, for example while maintenance is going on.
The T-Cone can be inserted into any kind of pipe.
It is made from polyurethane for the seal section and from polypropylene for the conical threaded section.
Installation / Application
To install a T-Cone pipe stopper, first insert the seal just inside the pipe.
The second step involves inserting the rigid cone inside the seal and hand tightening the screw.
Lastly, finish the installation by applying a 3/4 turn with a shifting spanner.
